Settle up after shared expenses

Read the balance shown in Settle Up, wait for the example payment, then record it.

Before you start

From Home, open the balance summary to reach Settle Up when the balance is open.
Example only: Amanda paid $100.00 and has a 60/40 split with Ethan.

Ethan owes you

$40.00

Record $40.00 from Ethan

Read the balance status
The example status is “Ethan owes you.”
Result: The 60/40 example shows $40.00 owed to Amanda.
Wait for the payment to arrive
The screen says to wait until $40.00 arrives from Ethan.
Result: The example amount is ready to record after it arrives.
Record the received payment
Choose “Record $40.00 from Ethan” after the amount arrives.
Result: The app displays “Payment recorded.”
